About Paige

It is nice to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and work actively as a psychotherapist, supporting high-functioning individuals in areas of anxiety, emotional regulation, identity development, and performance under pressure.

In addition to clinical practice, I have worked with competitive athletes in performance-focused environments, supporting attention control, regulation under stress, and psychological endurance. This experience deepened my understanding of how nervous system dynamics, cognitive patterns, and identity demands shape performance in high-stakes settings.

My training is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed practice. I specialize in developing psychologically integrated training systems rooted in neuroscience and behavioral science — designed to strengthen regulation capacity, cognitive flexibility, and sustainable high performance at scale.

My focus is to create clinically credible, strategically structured mental health education that organizations and mental health digital platforms can implement with confidence and long-term impact.
